PRODUCT DELIVERY \ ORDER FULFILLMENT After receipt of payment, ACE'S will email to the subscriber/buyer the following information: (a) URL link to ACE'S stock pick page; (b) a login name; and (c) password. NOTES: 1. ACE'S provision of the latter Items 3(a), (b) and (c) to the "pick-of-the-month" buyer constitutes delivery of the product and fulfillment of the sale by ACE'S to subject buyer. 2. No printed material or hardcopy of the information contained on the subject ACE'S stock pick page will be mailed to the buyer/subscriber. 3. "Pick-of-the-month" buyer(s) will have access to the subject "pick-of-the-month" stock page subscribed for 12 months. 1-year subscribers will have access to all of ACE'S stock pages for 12 months. 4. For 1-year subscribers, there are usually 1-3 stocks picked each month. However, there could be a month(s) where no stocks is/are picked (because the crop of stocks collected on the particular month did not rate to be an ACE'S stock pick). For example, in 2005 there was 1 month, i.e., January, there was no stocked picked. In 2004, there were 12 months where at least 1 stock was picked each month.
